- (A) Shirodashi : 大さじ5
- (A) Liquor : 大さじ1
- (B) dried bonito : 3g
- (B) Umeboshi : 3粒
- 大葉 : 適量

Put the washed and soaked rice in the pot for 1 hour.
Add (A) and add water to 1 mm below the 2 cup memory and mix lightly.
Put (B) on top and cook normally. -

When the rice is cooked, remove the umeboshi seeds and mix well.
Serve in a bowl and top with chopped shiso leaves to complete.
Point
・Wash the rice and soak it in water for 1 hour.
・Umeboshi can be pickled in honey or shiso.
・If the umeboshi you use is too salty, reduce the amount of shirodashi by half.
・If you do not use less water when cooking the rice, the rice will be soft.
・Finally, you can mix in the rehydrated dried wakame seaweed.
・Time for soaking rice in water is not included in the required time.
