- broccoli : 2 bunches
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1
- (A)あごだし(4倍濃縮) : 小さじ1
- (A)コンソメ : 1 teaspoon
- (A)すりおろしにんにく : 小さじ1/2
- (A)すりおろし生姜 : 小さじ1/2
- 米油 : 適量
- マヨネーズ : 適量

Wash the broccoli.
Cut into individual clusters.
Drain in a colander and drain. -

Point
- To wash broccoli, place it upside down in a bowl of water and shake to remove any dirt.
- If using broccoli stems, cut off the tough skin and then thinly slice.
・To shorten the heating time in a frying pan, it is best to heat large broccoli with thick stems in the microwave for about 2 minutes before cooking.
・It is better to use more mayonnaise.
・You can sprinkle some seasoning or black pepper if you like.
