- Minced pork : 200g
- 豆腐 : 150g
- ニンニク : 10g
- 生姜 : 15g
- 塩麹 : 大さじ2
- 奈良漬 : 80g
- きゅうり : 1本
- しそ : 10枚
- (A) Olive oil : 小さじ1
- (A) White wine vinegar : 小さじ1
- ご飯 : 2人前

Slice the Narazuke into thin strips.
Add narazuke pickles, cucumber, shiso, and (A) to a bowl and mix. -

Place a frying pan over high heat.
Add the fatty parts of the minced pork and stir fry to release the fat.
Add the lean minced pork and stir fry.
Add the garlic and ginger and stir fry.
Add the shio-koji.
Add the tofu and stir fry, breaking it up with a spatula.
Turn off the heat. -

・Slice the cucumber and shiso leaves into thin strips.
