 - 絹ごし豆腐 : 1/2丁
 - Bean sprouts : 50g
 - 長ネギ : 適量
 - ニラ : 適量
 - トマト : 1/2個
 - 卵 : 1個
 - (A) Water : 200cc
 - (A) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1
 - (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
 - (A) Alcohol : 大さじ2
 - (A) Sugar : 小さじ1
 - ごま油 : 小さじ1

                        Prepare the ingredients

Place the silken tofu in a pot and mash it with a spoon.
Slice the leeks diagonally and add to the pot.
Remove the stems from the tomatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces and add to the pot.
Put the bean sprouts in the pot.
Put the kimchi into the pot.
Cut the chives into bite-sized pieces. -
