- Onions (middle) : 1/2 piece
- Chicken breast : 1/2 sheet
- Butter (for stir fry) : 10g
- (A) Milk : 600ml
- (A) Macaroni : 100g
- (A) Solid consomme : 1 piece
- (A) Salt : A pinch
- (B) Cake flour : 2 tablespoons
- (B) Water : 2 tablespoons
- butter : 20g
- cheese : Amount of your choice
- salt : Appropriate amount
- Pepper : Appropriate amount

Cut the ingredients

Slice the onion along the fiber.
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. -

Heat a warm frying pan over medium heat and add butter to melt.
Add chicken breast, fry until the whole is browned, and take out once.
Put the onions in the same frying pan and fry for 1-2 minutes. -

Reduce heat to low, add (A), mix gently, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until the macaroni is a little soft.
Mix the whole lightly and add the one mixed with (B) in advance.
Mix lightly again and add the removed chicken breast.
Add butter, dissolve and season with salt and pepper. -

Bake in a 200 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Point
-There is no need for the process of boiling macaroni separately or the process of making sauce, and it can be made with a single frying pan, so it is easy and hassle-free.
・ If the macaroni is still hard after boiling for about 5 minutes, heat it additionally.
・ By baking the cheese to the extent that it is browned, a fragrant flavor is added and the cheese is even more delicious.
・ It is delicious even if you substitute chicken breast with shrimp.
