Since April 20, 2011, I have been making cooking videos so that people from overseas can learn about Japanese home-cooked food, which is fun to cook every day. We mainly introduce dishes and sweets that can be made with a small amount of ingredients and processes. Japanese food has a strong image of authentic Japanese food to foreigners, but I would like to share the enjoyment of Japanese home cooking, which is not the case today.
