- もやし : 1袋
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1
- (A)酒 : 大さじ1
- (A)鶏ガラ : 大さじ1/2
- (A)ごま油 : 大さじ1/2
- 塩 : 2つまみ
- 卵 : 1個
- 水 : 300ml
- いりごま : 適量
- ラー油 : 適量

鍋のつゆを作る

鍋に(A)、水を入れよく混ぜる。
沸騰させる。
塩で味をととのえる。 -

材料を入れる

1にもやしを入れる。
真ん中にくぼみを作り、卵を入れる。
蓋をして1分程煮る。 -

盛り付ける

2をお皿に盛り付け、ラー油、いりごまをかけて完成。
Point
・3～4人分の分量にするには、3倍量にして調理すると良い。
・もやしから水分がでるため、つゆの味は濃い目に調節すると良い。
・もやしはあらかじめ洗って、水気をよくきっておく。
・肉などの食材を入れる場合、もやしを入れた後に入れる。
・辛いのが苦手な場合、ラー油は入れなくて良い。
