Cut into thin slices 3-5mm wide. -

Alternate lemon and honey in a storage jar.
Press down with a rubber spatula so that the lemon is soaked in honey.
Place in refrigerator for about 4 hours.
Press down with a rubber spatula to even out the contents.
Put it back in the fridge for about 4 hours and it's done.
Point
・You can lick it as it is, or pour hot water to make a hot honey lemon.

・Use clean storage bottles.
