Ingredients
- thinly sliced pork belly : 150g

- ごま油 : 適量
- 醤油 : 大さじ1
- 塩 : 少々
- 粗びき胡椒 : 少々

Remove lettuce core.
Tear into bite-size pieces and wash.
Cut the thinly sliced pork belly into easy-to-eat pieces and peel it off.
Sprinkle with salt and let it soak in. -

Add sesame oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Add thinly sliced pork belly without overlapping, and fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Add the drained lettuce and fry over high heat.
Add soy sauce and fry until browned.
Add sesame oil and lightly fry.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with coarsely ground pepper to complete.
Point
・You can use 1 head of lettuce if you like.
・When stir-frying, use chopsticks and a rubber spatula to stir-fry with both hands.
・Fry the lettuce over high heat until soft.
・Add soy sauce from the skin of the pot to create a fragrant finish.
・After adding soy sauce, it is good to brown the whole and make it fragrant.
