Crush the garlic and peel it.
Chop the basil.
Prepare rock salt. -

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add garlic and heat over low heat.
Brown the garlic.
Add basil and tomato paste.
Add water (not listed) to the tomato paste box and add it to the frying pan.
Add rock salt.
Mix and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Finished with crushed garlic.
