- 水溶き片栗粉 : 大さじ1/2
- 鰹節 : 適量
- 小ネギ : 適量
- わさび : 適量

Cut the deep-fried tofu into 4 equal parts.
Cut off the stalks of the enoki mushrooms, cut them into bite-size pieces, and loosen the roots. -
