Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add boiled soybeans, cover and heat over high heat.
When you hear the oil spluttering, reduce the heat to medium-low and heat for 10 minutes, shaking the frying pan occasionally.
When the whole thing is browned, turn off the heat and remove it onto a plate lined with kitchen paper to drain the oil. -

・A fragrant Setsubun bean recipe made with slowly stir-fried boiled soybeans.
・While baking, shake the frying pan and stir the soybeans so that the soybeans are browned all over to make them more fragrant.
- Thoroughly wipe off the oil from the soybeans after frying with kitchen paper to prevent them from becoming oily.
