Ingredients
- Pork rose block : 500g
- ginger : 1 piece
- White onion (blue part) : 1 bottle
- water : Soaked pork
- Liquor : 80cc
- Boiled soup (made in the cooking process) : Soaked pork
- sugar : 4 tbsp
- Light soy sauce : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
- Dark soy sauce : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp

                        Place the meat in a frying pan, light it, and bake the surface over medium heat.

Point
                            You don't need to oil the frying pan as the fat comes out of the pork.
 By baking the surface of the pork in advance, the umami is trapped.

 After simmering, let the taste soak in while cooling.
