Ingredients
- (A) Soybean pulp powder : 30g
- (A) Sweetener : 30〜40g
- (A) Cocoa powder : 15g
- (A) Baking powder : 4g
- 卵 : 1個
- 牛乳 : 80g

Put (A) into a bowl.
Mix with a whisk.
Add milk and eggs and mix. -

Put the batter into the mold and mix with chopsticks.
Drop the mold several times to release the air.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes.
Turn the mold over and microwave for a further 1 to 2 minutes. -

Remove the donut from the mold and it's done.
Point
・We use finely ground okara powder.
・You can substitute soy milk for milk if you prefer.
-Adjust the amount of sweetener to your liking.
You can use half the sweetener and half the sugar.
・Use pure cocoa powder.
The mold used is a silicone donut mold.
-You can decorate it with melted chocolate or powdered sugar if you like.
