Ingredients
- (A) All-purpose flour : 60g
- (A) Baking soda : 1/8g
- (A) Sugar : 8g
- (A) Milk : 60ml
- (A) Egg : 15g
- (A) Melted unsalted butter : 13g
- milk : 2-5ml
- ソーセージパティ : 1枚
- 卵 : 1個
- スライスチーズ : 1枚
- メープルシロップ : 10g

                        Make the dough

                        Add (A) to a bowl and mix with a whisk. 
 Leave at room temperature for 15 minutes.

                        Place maple syrup in a small saucepan. 
 Place a baking sheet in a frying pan.
 Bring a small saucepan to a simmer over low heat until thickened.
 Once the maple syrup has boiled and the bubbles have subsided, remove it to a baking tray.
 Spread the maple syrup evenly and let cool.
 Once the maple syrup has solidified, break it up.
 Sprinkle with flour (not included in the recipe) and crush.
