Ingredients

  • たまねぎ : 3個
  • 鶏もも肉 : 2枚
  • 塩 : 小さじ1半
  • 水 : 250ml

Procedure

  1. 1) 玉ねぎ 03:30

    玉ねぎは皮をむいて繊維を絶つように横半分に切る。

  2. 2) 焼く1 05:07

    フライパン(テフロン加工)に鶏もも肉を皮を下にして焼く。(動画ではおよそ6分半)

  3. 3) 焼く2 09:50

    鶏肉を鍋に移す。そのフライパンで玉ねぎの断面を下にして強火で焼く。断面に焦げ目(加減は動画をチェック)がついたら、鶏肉の入った鍋に移す。フライパンに水250mlを入れて点火しヘラで焦げ付きをこそぎ、沸いたら鍋に注ぐ。

  4. 4) 煮る 13:09

    鍋の火は弱中火。塩を小さじ1半入れ蓋をし45分間煮て完成。

Point

・フライパンがテフロン加工ではない人は少量の油を引く。
・フライパンをこそぐときは、あまり力を入れすぎないように。テフロン取れてしまうので。
