Ingredients
- cabbage : 300g
- Red pickled ginger : 50g
- Tenkasu : 30g
- Silken tofu : 150g
- egg : 1 piece
- water : 120ml
- rice flour : 120g
- Dashi no Moto : 1/2 teaspoon
- Salad oil : a little
- Favorite sauce : as you like
- mayonnaise : as you like
- Green laver : as you like
- Bonito powder : as you like
- Sliced pork : 100g

Mix the ingredients

Finely chop the cabbage and drain. Put silken tofu in a bowl to make a paste, add eggs, water, and dashi stock and mix. Add rice flour and mix until there are no lumps. Add cabbage, pickled ginger, tenkasu and thinly sliced pork and mix the whole.

Apply salad oil to the inside of the rice cooker, put the ingredients in it, and cook in normal rice cooking mode.

・ Rice flour can be replaced with soft flour.
