- Atsuage : 1 sheet
- 豚ロース薄切り : 8枚
- 水 : 200cc
- ラカント : 小さじ1
- めんつゆ : 小さじ2
- 醤油 : 小さじ1

Procedure

Roll the fried tofu

Cut the fried tofu into 8 equal parts and roll with thin slices of pork loin.

Place in a frying pan over low heat to medium heat, cover and steam for about 3 minutes.

Add water, lacanto, mentsuyu and soy sauce, entangle and simmer over medium heat.

裏返して1分ほど中火で煮込んだら完成。
Point
・ Sugar may be used instead of lacant.
・ By simmering until the broth runs out, the taste will soak in and become delicious.
・ If the fried tofu is large, cut it into pieces that are easy to eat.
・ If you want to keep it, put it in a storage container and eat it in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
