- Chicken thigh : 200g
 - (A) Miso : 小さじ1弱
 - (A) Sugar : 小さじ1
 - (A) Mirin : 小さじ2/3
 - (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ1/3
 - 白ごま : 大さじ1
 - 油 : 小さじ1

Procedure
-

                        Combine seasonings

Put the seasoning (A) in a bowl and mix.

Put chicken thighs in 1 and knead.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. -

Add oil to the top plate with the parchment paper.
Add white sesame seeds to 2 and mix, and spread on the top plate.
Bake in a 200 degree oven for 20 minutes to complete. 
Point
                            ・ Meat is used with the skin on, but it may be removed when eating by children aged 1 to 2 years.
・ Cut the fried meat into 1/2 size and adjust the size further according to the age of the child.
・ If you use a zipper bag to knead the meat, you can easily wash it with less washing.
・ Bake in the oven to make the meat tender.
・ Placing aluminum foil under the cooking sheet makes cleaning easier.
・ Spread on the top plate so that the meat does not overlap.
