Ingredients
- ご飯 : 適量
 - 豚バラ肉 (ブロック) : 250g
 - Leek : 1/2
 - (A) Salt : 小さじ1/3
 - (B) 塩 : 少々
 - レモン汁 : 小さじ1~2
 - ごま油 : 大さじ2
 - 貝割れ菜 : 適量
 - レモン : 1切れ
 - 粗びき黒胡椒 : 適量

                        Cut the green onions

Make diagonal cuts on both sides of the green onion.
Finely chop and put in a bowl and mix with the salt of (A). -
