 - 木綿豆腐 : 75g
 - キクラゲ : 5g
 - にんじん : 40g
 - たけのこ : 60g
 - (B) Soy sauce : 小さじ5
 - (B) Pepper powder : 6振り
 - (B) salt : 1つまみ
 - (C) potato starch : 小さじ2
 - (C) Liquor : 大さじ1と1/2
 - 酢 : 大さじ1
 - 風味調味料 : 5振り
 - 小ネギ : 適量
 - ラー油 : 適量

Thinly slice the bamboo shoots, firm tofu, and carrots.
