- ツナ水煮缶 : 1缶
- (A) Dark soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Sweetener : 小さじ1
- (A) Japanese-style soup stock : 少々
- (A) Umami seasoning : 5振り
- 塩 : ふたつまみ
- 鰹節 : 適量

Slice into 4-5mm thick rounds and julienne.
