- (A) Cocoa powder : 15g
- (A) Almond powder : 10g
- (A) Baking powder : 5g

Put milk and unsalted butter in a bowl.
Cover the container with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute, then mix.
Sift (A) into a bowl.
Mix granulated sugar and eggs in a bowl.
Melt the unsalted butter and add the mixed milk to a bowl. -

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven at 170°C for about 35 minutes and it's done.
Point
-Prepare the cups in the mold beforehand.

・Milk can be replaced with soy milk or some fresh cream.
- Substitute margarine for unsalted butter for a softer finish.
- When heating milk and unsalted butter in the microwave, always cover them with plastic wrap.
When mixing milk with powder, add it while it is warm.
