- Sea salt (for pork) : 小さじ1/2
- 酒 : 小さじ1

Prepare the ingredients

Cut the cucumber into thirds and then cut into 5mm pieces.
Transfer to a plastic bag, add sea salt (for cucumbers), rub in the salt and leave for 15 minutes.
Slice the fresh ginger into thin strips. -

温まったら、豚薄切り肉を広げながら並べて焼く。

新生姜ときゅうりを加えて、軽く炒める。
全体にタレが絡んだら完成。
