Put cashew nuts and water in a blender to make a paste, add the contents of probiotic capsules and ferment at room temperature for 6-12 hours.

Add salt, apple cider vinegar, and coconut oil to the fermented 1 and mix at low speed. Pour into a square silicone mold and chill in the refrigerator for several hours to harden.
