- sugar : 70g
- Sugar (for meringue) : 70g
- Cake flour : 90g
- oil : 20g
- milk : 30g

Mix yolk and sugar

Divide 4 eggs into yolk and egg white.
Add sugar to the yolks and mix well until white. -

Make meringue

Add sugar to the egg whites in 3 portions and whisk with a hand mixer.

Add a small amount of meringue to 1 and let it blend in.
Combine with the rest of the meringue and mix gently without crushing the meringue.
Sift 90g of cake flour and mix gently.
Add oil and milk and mix with a spatula. -

Cook the dough

Oil the rice cooker and pour the dough into it.
Drop it about 3 times and remove the air.
Cook rice once or twice with normal rice cooking.
When it is cooked, take out the dough and cut it to the size you like.

・ Since it can be made with a rice cooker, even those who do not have an oven can make it.
-You can make meringue with either a whisk or a hand mixer. A whisk is recommended because it can be done faster.
・ By mixing the meringue without crushing it, the dough is fragrant.
・ If the rice is not cooked once or twice, it is recommended to cook it again while watching the situation.
