- (A) Salt : 1/2 teaspoon
- (A) Light soy sauce : 1 tsp
- Tama miso : Appropriate amount
- Yuzu : Appropriate amount

                        Prepare the central part of the radish. 
 Cut into 3 cm thick pieces and peel thickly.
