Ingredients
- Radish : 150g
- Wings : 3
- (A) Sugar : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Sake : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Mirin : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Vinegar : 1/2 tbsp
- (A) Water : 200cc

                        Cut radish

                        Peel the radish and chop it into small pieces.

                        Make a combined seasoning

                        Put (A) in a container and mix.

                        Pressurize with a pressure cooker

                        Put chicken wings, 1 radish and 2 seasonings in a pressure cooker and pressurize for 6 minutes. 
 Serve on a plate and sprinkle with broth.
Point
                            ・ Radish simmers deliciously when the central part is used.
・ Boil the wings in vinegar to make them soft.
・ Because the chicken wings are low-priced even though they are satisfying to eat, the material cost is suppressed and it is economical.
