- 塩鯖 : 250g
- 生姜 : 20g
- 長ねぎ : 適量
- 白だし : 50cc
- 酒 : 60cc
- 水 : 適量

米を研ぎ、白だし、酒、水を規定量まで加える。
生姜と塩鯖を加え、炊飯をする。 -

Point
・ You do not have to add long onions.
