 - Sugar (for pudding) : 2 tablespoons
 - Powdered gelatin : 5g
 - Water (for pudding) : 2 tablespoons
 - Instant coffee : 2 tablespoons
 - Sugar (for sauce) : 2 tablespoons
 - Water (for sauce) : 2 tablespoons
 - Milk (B) : 150ml

Mix gelatin powder and water (for pudding) and leave for 10 minutes. Put silken tofu in a bowl and mix until it becomes a paste, add milk (A) and mix. Put milk (B) and sugar (for pudding) in a heat-resistant container, heat in a microwave oven at 600w for 1 minute and 20 seconds, add gelatin to dissolve, and mix in tofu.
